This plaque is in a black enamel frame with plexiglass. It was sent out to various people and organizations as a gift by Spectacore Management Group, the organization that operates the Corestates Center and The Spectrum amoung other facilities around the country.
The Corestates Center is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania next to The Spectrum Arena.
